they made it 8 seconds left(added1 second) after the last TX run. The game would have ended with the safety had he waited a bit more.

That is the way I saw it. as for the running back dropping a td pass I did not see it quite that way. The pass was behind him a bit and I believe while he gets first down with a catch do not think he scores. just my 2 cents.
