I really don't think it's a problem with their processor. If they are actually working with a third-party processor like Cryptopay for all crypto transactions, then they could have just initiated the order with the processor immediately when they deducted the amount from your balance. The conversion at Cryptopay should be near-instant and certainly wouldn't take days.

One thing I just looked up: it seems Cryptopay doesn't support CAD, only USD/GBP/EUR. So your situation is even more similar to mine than I thought. At the end of the day they can argue that it was expensive for them to convert your CAD to USD/GBP/EUR and then more was lost in the conversion to LTC. They will offer no transparency on these alleged conversions.

Based on my experience with them, there are some really awful human beings working there---like scum of the earth types---pretty high up in the chain. The only thing that can make such awful people change their ways is the threat of losing money/reputation, so you're doing the right thing by posting here.
I'm honestly disgusted at the entire thing. I don't take much satisfaction in publicizing this but it seems like maybe the only way to get them to rectify their error. Sad and pathetic frankly for a book of their size and reputation to be honest.

I plan to avoid them at least for now. I do not appreciate anyone stealing almost $2k from my family. Maybe some heads will roll in their payouts department and these issues will pass, but I imagine that would take more than a few months.

Ripped me off fucking again. See this

I understand your new withdrawal issue was resolved. But what about this one? Are you still shortchanged?
Update: BMR is still in contact with the player and Pinny resolving this.
Does BMR have any update on this? Has Pinnacle responded?

Sorry for the late reply guys. The issue on the new withdrawal was my mistake and I acknowledged the same with pinnacle.

on the first withdrawal issue - pinnacle gave me C$1,500 as a goodwill bonus gesture. I can’t say I was really satisfied but glad to get something back.

I had some winnings today and tried to withdraw and got this error. They have not yet responded to me or emailed me as per the notice. Has anyone ever got this errror??

They still owe you $4500-$1500=$3000 if I recall correctly. They still owe me $1885. I do not expect we will see any of this money.
Correct - they wrote me some long email about how they use a 3rd service provider blah blah blah but the truth is it's their fault they screwed up and didn't pay it until 4-5 days after it was debited from my account. If they paid it at the time they processed it (which is what they are supposed to do), there would be no discrepancy.

This is a common problem for sportsbooks. It's actually gotten a lot better because most offshores have sped up their bitcoin payouts. But it's still an issue at some.

The book will "process" the payment, but all that means is they send it to the 3rd party for them to actually process. This can lead to a delay of several hours to several days. If the price of bitcoin goes down during that time, you lose.

What is immensely frustrating is that these sportsbooks don't realize this loss is their fault, and they need to own up to it. If they don't like it, they should improve their payout process - get a better 3rd party provider and/or negotiate quicker agreed turnaround times.

Agreed. It’s certainly not the fault of the player and they should not be responsible in these instances. In this instance there was a 4-5 day gap in time when the prices were volatile. Usually pinnacle’s processor pays out within minutes of the withdrawal being debited from my account. This was a one off issue with them.
