Housing prices are unaffordable everywhere, we've had 5 years of non stop inflation that have crippled the housing market. Philly is now 45% black and 10% latino. It's a disgusting city with terrible fans.

They still stayed local.

So let me understand this. Philly is so awesome that 700k have left not just the city, but the State as well, yes just over the bridge. They did this so they could pay $10 per trip for that toll? To move to the most densely populated state in the Country? Why - because they hate pumping their own gas? Or does Philadelphia have demographic issues, minority, crime & government issues? A rabid group of citizens that should be caged and taught manners!

Philadelphia is beyond awesome. That's why most who are born here stay here until they die.

This city literally started the country. Literally.

One hour north of here, I got the mountains and lakes of Pennsylvania.

One hour or less the other way I got the beaches of New Jersey some of the best in the whole country.

In between I have the most historic city in the country with the best food and people.

And we are the best people in this country by far.

No one else compares to East Coast people.

Not the fukkin scumbags from the Midwest, the dirtballs from the West Coast, the hillbillies from the South.
