Well he has it made at Indiana because if he wins there he can coach there forever but money talks and Penn State has plenty since they obviously have enough to pay James Franklin's enormous buyout. I can only imagine what they would pay to get a hot up and coming coach who wins at places like JMU and Indiana like Cignetti does.
