Great article and I 100% support this.

Pat Buchanan is one of the greatest Americans to ever live.

He was America First before Trump just like I was.

I was proud to vote for him for President every time he ran.

What white nationalist movement?

Curious to hear about this.
It was crazy honestly. This guy was basically the Stacey Keach character in American History X. Even looked like him. He was the Food and Beverage GM at a hotel/restaurant I worked at. He loved me - I am very Aryan looking and targeted me for recruitment. He fed me a steady diet of literature that I am pretty sure would get me locked up at the time : The Turner Diaries, White Power by George Rockwell, magazines, newspapers, Skrewdriver bootleg tapes, the whole nine yards.

When those guys blew up the OKC Building he was running around the restaurant cheering. I'm like this dude is out of his mind lol. He tried to recruit the hostess, who I was dating at the time, who was also very white. Anyways dude also loved Pat Buchanan. I never joined the white power movement, I was busy banging beach bunnies and smoking weed in Santa Barbara.

Interesting guy and agree he has largely been proven correct.

I remember him when he ran in ‘92 - just had the worst timing with his message. You had H.W running against him getting the GOP support, Slick Willy selling every welfare recipient on his policies and ole big ears Perot stealing a lot of Pat Buchanan support I felt. Perot had the best combination of Clinton “change” message and Buchanan’s message of restoring America - and the cash to finance his campaign. Unfortunately/ the duopoly was too big for him to overcome politically.

‘92 I was a senior in HS - would be turning 18 before the election that fall and had a truly great civics teacher who encouraged students to become involved in the political process (without directing us to go in any specific direction - just pick our side). My buddy was big into the young republicans at the time - I personally thought Perot made more sense - but since my buddy was heavily involved and I could tag along on the project and score an easy A - I followed along the GOP nominees for our civics project.

Yea - the guy could see the writing on the wall well before and doesn’t get the credit he deserves. Trump has it easier thanks to guys like this who were calling out the BS. Clinton of course won and sent us further down this road of becoming a service economy and less of a manufacturer of anything. Saw alot of blue collar workers who voted for him in ‘92 only start to realize 4 years later he wasn’t going to save them despite all the promises/he preached Reagan/HW were the reasons unions failed - yet sold out every member of those same unions leading to manufacturing moving to Mexico/Canada by the big 3 auto.

Trump will never honor him though because Trump only honors people who benefit him. Buchanan is just a footnote in history of one of those people who were kind of overshadowed in their prime - but ultimately proven right.

Trump should honor him, honestly.

He basically stole Pat's message and philosophy.

Trump did honor Rush Limbaugh and Limbaugh was a liberal compared to Pat.

I still remember Pat completely and utterly destroying Rachel Maddow when she had him on for an interview, it was hilarious.

She asked him...."what do you think afformative action is for?"

Buchanan: "Affirmative Action is to increase diversity by discriminating against white males."

She was floored 🤣 😂 🤣

But that was Pat. Brutal honesty all the time.

"100% of white males wrote the Constitution, 100% of white males died at Gettysburg and Vicksburg, probably close to 100% of white males died at Normandy."

The best there ever was.
