Diet has really fallen off.
I don't eat as much probably because my metabolism isn't running super hot like it was at the peak of working out.
I've also been eating sausage, halloween candy, etc far above what I was eating.
I'm still tracking and soon I'll post the charts. You can see where I loosened up in the sugar and saturated fat charts, lol.
Now that I know I have the willpower (well I always knew, but now that I proved it) to tighten down when I want, I'm playing it pretty loose now until I get back in the gym.
Definitely not gaining weight either, but not really losing weight.
Ate so much sugar during halloween, lol.
Ond day I had eggs, sausage, In N out 4x4 and several cokes. That day sticks out in the charts for sure, lol.
