Too much emphasis on all this BS now and technology some of you don’t remember years ago athletes would just show up at a game drinking all night and doing cocaine and rarely got injured men and woman all sports

They trained, but it wasn’t their entire life like it is today all year-round

It's not training. It is the intensity of play. Guys go all out now when they used to have to pace themselves. Pace of play is much higher and everyone is bigger and faster and putting much more stress on their bodies.

To support your argument JJ, just look at Saquon Barkley. Classic symptoms of over-training. Strains, tears, sprains. All symptoms of over training.

One guy you never have to worry about that with, is Joel Embiid. That mother fukker comes to camp every year overweight and out of shape 🤣 😂 🤣
