Rutgers is one of the worst teams in the Big Ten. They should’ve never entered it like Maryland.
They can also just sit out their starter to prepare against Michigan next week.

I've not looked but Ohio St. is probably replaceing the two 5-star recievers with two 4-star or better receivers. Not sure missing missing Smith/Tate will make a difference.

And the nebulous "lower body injuries" seemt to indicate, they are taking the opportunity to get healthy with some time off and rest for the game next week vs Michigan (not that the Mich game will be tough but it is a rivalry game).

Michigan game is always tough you can throw the records out the window.

As is being demonstrated- Day is resting everyone who shows a hint of injury and not displaying ANYTHING as Buckeyes season starts after this game - up till now it’s been a pre season for them.

Start with xichigan then Big10 championship and then onto the playoffs. Those are the games that matter and you better win at least 3 of them if your Day or you will be sweating another contract.
