Tylenol and ice at this point. I have pain meds but I’m trying not to use them as they are reserved for other neck issues.

My instructions from the surgeon and the hospital is a high dose of Tylenol and maintaining 24 hour coverage.

Not afraid to dip into my supply though. I’m getting pretty sore and all that Tylenol is not that good for you. We’ll see how it goes tonight.
