I’ve got a couple racks of ribs on the smoker as we speak. One for my house with all the good stuff on it and one for my brother who is on the carnivore diet so his rack doesn’t look as exciting.
I am curious to taste how his comes out though. It’s my first time making it the way I did, using only salt, ghee and tallow.
Mines got all the good spices on it plus a little bbq sauce, and spritzing it with apple juice to keep it from drying out too much.
