Genie, every time I ask Tanko for rent money he says something came up, some kind of emergency or unexpected bill and he says he’ll pay me the next day. Then he hides out and I don’t see him for days.

But I peak through his windows and I always see him eating McDonalds and scratching lottery scratchers. I know he has money.
