I love this play. Crazy as it seems Costa Rica actually has a shot at advancing even though they are last in their group going into the last game. They just need to win and win by more than El Salvador over Panama (if El Salvador can even win).

1. CR MUST WIN TODAY over Martinique. A draw does them no good.
2a. If El Salvador beats Panama, CR must beat Martinique by a larger goal differential than El Salvador does over Panama.
2b. If El Salvador loses today. CR advances.
