Wow. Shocking.

I know I'd be upset about not making CFP but I would still want to be in a bowl. Its 3 more weeks of practice as a team that really helps develop the younger classmen. Also, for the seniors, it would be another opportunity to play with guys you fought with in the trenches for 3 years.
