I wasn’t watching preseason games and just noticed my NFL Game Pass is gone. I’m traveling now and won’t be able to watch Sunday games on my phone for free. Now have to pay for it with NFL+???

Just use a streaming website. The only downside is if you're trying to get live bets in oftentimes there is a delay

Yep. Stream them online. Many options available for free.
Make sure you have good virus protection and a VPN because, well, you know.
