The Jets are one of the most dysfunctional teams in the NFL, maybe 2nd to the Browns
I say the Browns because of all of their draft picks and still can't get on track.

it's easy to say now, but using their 1st round draft picks on USC QB's have hurt them, add the fact that who they grab for head coach
they just can't win.
They did start to build up their defense, but there have been hit and misses along the way, their O-line has been the problem the last couple of years
