Hello, I emailed you my complain last week and have not heard anything. I am owed Approx. $1225 from Nitro now for 28 days. I get nothing but BS excuses from them. BMR was a big part of my decision process why I started playing with them. Your company gave them a B+ rating and overall very positive review so I thought I was safe. Please look into this matter and get back to me. Thanks,

Yeah I saw the rating update, but I see lot of people have complaints about payouts, just wondering where things stand with those.

B- seems high when there are significant payout issues....probably should be suspended pending any positive updates (if any).

Logged in to my Nitro account for the first time since just after they changed their odds provider and website, probably 1.5 years ago. Still nothing special there odds wise. They still had a graphic up on the main screen after login about NBA play in games. LOL. Talked to CS briefly asking about KYC, which now seems much more likely than previously, which was basically never, only an IP check (and seems like the reserve the right means significant winning accounts are given the run around). Asked about payout issues I have been reading about. Now the answer is we try to get all payouts within 48 hours but some require management review which has no definite time frame. No definite time frame? Wow...

They used to be anonymous and payouts were within 2-3 hours like clockwork. Saw signs of it previously with voided plays but not to this level. Once they basically just cloned BOL lines, no reason to mess with potential freerolls on voided bets/etc. I never say never, but this is pretty close to never.

That was worth 5 minutes just to confirm at least on my account. No thanks...

I have a gigantic rollover with them still but I’ve been winning there I got like 80 mbtc . I still got aways to go but I’m just going to keep on till it hit rollover and hopefully they pay out . I’m crossing my fingers everything works out .

I'm aware users are having payout issues. Fwiw, they've processed my payout within a week less a few bucks last month. I've had my account for abour 3-4 years now.

Wow...$2K and 20 days in? How long did you have the account? That isn't anywhere near an amount they should be holding up (although there are a few that give people the run around trying to get a similar amount).

Are they even in contact anymore on that balance?

Ive been with nitro since it was nitrosports, so since inception when they split. I believe 2018? somewhere around that.

Im not a big winner, not even sure im a winner but i did benefit from the BTC appreciation of the MBTC i held in there over time.

they reply to emails. Same lines. The withdrawal is in the queue etc etc.

There's been a change in management. The max is 2 withdrawals per month and limits are tiny.

Im now at 50+ days in the queue.

While id much prefer my money , its obvious these guys are insolvent and if its going to cost me 7k, at the very least id like to get a good feeling of protecting some other unsuspecting depositers out there.

Awww crap I really didn’t want to hear that I got like a 100 mbtc / 10k balance with them but still working on rollover . All that work / betting and when I hit rollover if they stiff me . . @megladon do they say anything when you ask about your payout or just no communication.
