Not going to help but it looks like the email address changed with the website (that seems like a mega warning sign in itself, if you didn't already have plenty). help@nitrobetzone.com.

Maybe it isn't available, but it shows that on live chat. Of course, I haven't used them for some time (since their freerolling me days) so probably not blocking people with 0.00 in the account.

There is no live chat, nor email, not phone number, nor any type of contact info at all, listed on my end, whether logged in or not.

Good luck. Curious what happens.

I saw something on a small discord with some sharp players about the new website and someone trying to clear out his balance a piece at a time instead of the large one that has little or no chance. Talked about the difficulty now talking to anyone, something about the chat no longer allows talk about payouts? Guess you don't even have that so....Requested a payout and now they don't even send a confirmation email. Do they not want those time stamped anymore in an email? That is very unusual. I will watch for updates and pass them on.

That seems really scary honestly. I wonder if anyone else is getting the email confirmation and it is just for sharp accounts?

Updated from this small discord I am on...or basically no update. One week in, withdrawal is still in requested status, so zero review. No surprise there. Post said waiting one more week past the holidays to start pushing (not that it seems like that will help).

I just got an email with some 150% bonus. The balls on these people. I should unsub to their email, but worth (sadly) a laugh.

GL to everyone trying. Probably lines of people trying to get a few pennies they will actually pay out, if any.

Thanks for that email. It worked and they replied.

Unfortunately, it's the same old generic reply as before.

Glad to "help". Ugh...

So either they are close to a no pay shop or they have one cashier that works from 9:00-9:15am Mondays and just can't keep up! Hate seeing them drop off. They were a favorite of mine 2 or 3 years ago before they freerolled me. I enjoyed see the account value move with BTC and calculating wager amounts from mBTC to USD daily. Great concept that got screwed up.

Update from the small group sharp discord I am on....still requested status 2.5 weeks in. Gave a little more detail. Low 5 figure balance USD, trying to roughly 20% of it. So, don't know what the sweet spot if any is for them to act on requests. Clearly this one is moving slow like most.

I’ve just confirmed with our processing team that your payout request has been received and is currently in the queue for the standard review process. Once the initial review is completed, it will be forwarded to our processing manager for final approval.
At the moment, payouts may take up to 72 hours to be fully processed. You can check the status of your request at any time by visiting Account History within your account.
