I requested a payment April 17th and have been waiting ever since.
I have emailed help@nitrobetting.eu so many times. They reply quickly with close to the same generic response every time. Here is the most recent one:
"Hello xxx,
Thank you for contacting us.
I regret that your request is still under review by our Processing Team.
As mentioned previously, we are unable to provide a specific timeframe
at this moment.
That said, another reminder has been sent to the Processing Team on your
behalf. However, we still do not know when they will be able to proceed
with your request.
Thank you for your continued patience.

I have emailed security@nitrobetting.eu upon customer service's request, many times, but they never answer.
They tell me there is no phone number and no one higher up that I am able to contact.
They have not requested anything from me nor told me any issue with my account and I still have access to everything.
I was paid a payment a week or so before I requested the April 17th payout and have not been playing in the account while waiting for this one.
All they keep saying is be patient. You will be paid. The processing team is reviewing your request.
It has been 5.5 months now and nothing at all has happened.
I thought maybe they were backed up and waiting for football money, but it's now October and nothing.
Any suggestions?
