Actually Cincinnati can still win the division believe it or not. That's the only reason Joe Burrow is even playing again this season. It's a long shot but they did close the season strong last year and beating Baltimore twice and winning the rest of the games means they still have a shot so Burrow is playing when he'd be sitting if they were actually out of it.
