This has to do with books often inflating prime time totals knowing the public will bet the Over regardless, and books can get aeay with it with prime time "dumb moneu" handle closer to sharp money handlle than a 1:00 Cardinals/Colts game

Yeah thats a fair point. Although, I think there is a little more to it. Most of the games go under by 6-7 pts.
