I guess from a medical standpoint kick offs produce the most head injuries according to their data and they want that play out of the game would be an educated guess.

This is idiotic.

The surprise onside kick to start the second half one of the key reasons the Saints won their Super Bowl back in the day.

Guess they wouldn’t be able to do it with the new rule.
