You might ask why not just wager that amount on a single game at -110 or better. I could have but my wins come from these ML parlays so I will stick with it and the trick is not to get too greedy and pick too many teams. I lost out on winning $14K payout parlay (18 picks) for only $100 wager when Alabama lost against Oklahoma as it was the last leg and it was dead from the beginning.
This year was the record year for favorites covering and winning SU in NFL so it was quite profitable for me.
I normally wait until mid October before I start wagering on football, and I was down $14,000 in just a couple of weeks.
So, I wagered almost $30,000 on Detroit ML-205 against Houston and you know what happened in that game. When it was 23-7 at half, I wrote off that bet as a loss and headed down to the casino floor after the first half to wager $1,000 a hand playing baccarat. Only way I can get that much back and it would have taken some miraculous trends and winning streaks but it has happened before with me playing baccarat.
Instead, it took a miracle come back by Detroit and I ended up with $42,000+ that I didn't expect to have. Since then, I have not had a losing week. Strangest thing was that whenever I wanted to wager big on something, something came up to prevent me from betting them and they were all losses. It's definitely the craziest lucky streak to be honest. On top of it, I live in casino hotels and I haven't lost in casino games either during the same time period since the Detroit game vs Houston.
Now, I'm afraid when this lucky streak will end.
