Was detained by Royal Special Services whilst drunk and wandering in Hyde Park. Evidently her majesty was going somewhere or doing something and her team was of course along providing an escort - it was very early in the morning and they seemed surprised to see a very frazzled American who had been peacefully napping before seeing a cop nearby and figuring it was time to move along.

Unfortunately- didn’t get the opportunity to pay my respects - not that I was properly dressed for the occasion anyway after spending a better part of the prior day and night at the pub anyway. Did get to see Chuckles though a few days later that trip.
