MyBookie stole my money

I opened a MyBookie account a few weeks ago. I deposited $800, made one wager that won, then strange stuff started happening. I was asked to do a liveness check where you rotate your head on a live stream to make sure it’s you betting, I passed that. I was then asked to send in the front/back of my ID, u did that. I was told I would be contacted within 72 hours.

I talked to support on live chat every day for the next 10 days and asked for an update, along with saying ANYTHING they need additionally from me I can send it immediately to further verify my account. I was never asked for anything additional, and just received this email today.

TBH only ever had a good experience there

I have definitely heard of some horror stories there but I don't know of anybody personally that has one, and I know of some ppl who have been paid there. I play there plenty.

Heard terrible stories about this shop. Not sure what action you played, but they are about the least tolerant shop of sharp action anywhere.

I had some issues with them changing rules on a few small markets that I picked off, but I will at least give them this...they voided a few bets after changing the rules (european hockey, TTs don't include OT even though their rules stated it did) instead of just grading them a loser, so at least they didn't freeroll those (yeah they voided it, maybe hoping I wouldn't contest). Immediately pulled most of my funds, paid pretty quickly. About a month later after picking off some NBA derivatives and MLB TTs, got the "to win $10" limit and pulled the rest. They don't like winning accounts at all, but at least I was paid quickly with both requests, and a pretty decent amount on the first payout.

I know of someone personally who had $3000 taken with the same exact messaging

I even tried leaving a negative review of them here.. they somehow never make to to the public. Always deleted

I would really love to know how they are rated an A shop here, unless the ratings are just for deposit only type customers who have zero chance of winning LT.

I am gonna say it again I know of multiple people who have been paid out by them. Also, I think we can agree their betting menu is exceptional.

I know there are plenty of horror stories but there are also some good endings too.
