Participation awards..... It meets todays culture.




On a more serious note, I see the "reaction emoji's" that lead to awards as a nice way to quickly reply to a post without having to type something out.

As far as the trophies that follow, maybe BMR will do something with them in the future but for now its just a "gold star" the teacher used to hand out in elementary school IMO.
