I am of the belief the steroid guys should be in but it doesn't surprise me the lack of votes.

Little surprised at Pettitte getting almost 49%. I love the guy as a Yankees fan but HOF? Ehhh.

Neither of these guys is a HOFr based on who's not in.

Jones wasnt even a fukking all star. .250 hitter with less than 2000 hits.

I'm sympathetic to Beltrans argument, but again, if he was so fukkin great why he playing on 12 teams

There will be a 90s era committee in like 10 years w Ripken & Maddux heading it up to get all these guys in.

What the HOF & MLB are missing is the fact that dudes 40-60 are just not interested in visiting the HOF now to go see Harold Baines or Bert Blyleven displays.

I've been to Cooperstown, it's not an easy drive as its not near anything.

The complete omission of Bobds, Sosa, McGwire, Canseco, Clemens, Palmero, Gonzalez and others wipes out the youthful memories, nostalgia and Fandom of the middle class white guy...oh, and thats who runs all the companies that buy the tickets you can't sell, that puts the ads on TV during the games you can't get anyone to watch (didn't the rest of Ballys go CH 7 two weeks ago?), and who used to coach the neighborhood teams and carpool kids to the tournaments that we no longer participate in.

MLB is dead to me, dying to the rest of the country.
