Fontainbleau is already up for the most part. Who knows if it will ever get done. The building itself has been an eyesore out here for years

You're right, I didn't realize the original developer was a le to buy that back! Maybe they'll keep the hotel towers, and just add the guitar.

Sounds like the Trop is getting demo'd soon too.

Rumor for a while out here was that they were going to demolish the Tropicana to make way for a baseball stadium but I don’t see that happening
