I also ask how much a pound of their deer meat cost them. They didn't say so I told them probably $200.00 per pound or more.

Deer hunting is about the dumbest “hobby” I’ve ever been around - $$ for gun/ammo/camp and deer ironed only to get up at the ass crack of dawn to go out in the cold and sit and wait for deer. No thanks.

Was always asked why I never went - as I said - figure what you spent and what a week off work cost - I went to work and between what I made and what I saved - I’m 2k richer which is just about double what a damn beef cost at the time - and the steaks taste a whole hell of a lot less “gamey”.

The levels people will go to to prove their “masculinity” shooting an animal with the largest set of antlers possible is beyond me. Of your do it as a “sport” - then should be 0 difference in killing a doe vs a 22 point buck. In fact culling some of the doe population helps avoid issues and overcrowding.

There are sharp players - but if you can’t be a sharp player - find other squares and be the book.

There’s always a way to make money if you’re hustling.

An asset puts money in your pocket.

A liability takes it away.

This is how the wealthy should think.

The goal is to build assets.

now there are tons of professional con men on social media and con girls trying to fool you that they’re big time again I’m too smart for anybody here

Disguise your action. Some books will still accommodate you at high levels.

Did you see all that line movement in just the later NBA today? Technology not increasing like you think.

I get those difficulties, but there’s still room here.

The public will always love their Favorites and their OVERS and because of that, there will always be room.

Will it be worth the time and effort? That’s for each individual to decide.

Patience, discipline, and experience. They can all take time to develop and don’t just emerge into existence.

You need patience just to take that‘s needed time, discipline to stick to your guns through that time, and only then did you get the experience.

Many here have a lot of experience. They know how to leverage it.
