Im like 210

My problem is 6+ months sober is good sleep. Or just drinking is good sleep. Those middle 6 months dont work

I just need to ask for 2 brews a night. Keeping the 4.79 constitutional. And only having 2 a night in the house. Thats the key.

I need just a bit of time to experiment.

Alcohol is definitely not the way to go for sleeping.

For just one example, related to this thread, alcohol will disrupt the body's natural production of melatonin.

Which might be one reason you seek a supplement.

KVB are you a Dr??

The relationship between alcohol consumption and melatonin production is not an issue for doctors.

It's an issue for scientists, and it has been studied, somewhat.

Yes I am a scientist, conducting experiments and interpreting results, as well as a trader.

Some have said that I am a Probabilities Data Analyst, but that's just a name.

If it’s stress related, I’ve found some relief in the past using Cortisol Calm. It’s an over the counter that addresses stress by attacking any cortisol created when you are stressed. Non-addictive and worked well for me at night to help me chill and sleep.

Starts thread about melatonin hype and can't sleep then proceeds to try alcohol to solve it.

It doesn't take a doctor to see the disconnect there.

Now, in all fairness I get where the Prop King is going with it, his particular situation does have a particular solution, even if it's not really a solution.

It's tough. @KingKolzig already laid out the conditions that he has for good sleep. Now all he has to do is get a little education on the things he's doing that affect his sleep.

I think he already knows, though.
