I liked the guy. A real straight shooter and a players coach. If you dont win after 8 or 9 years......

Wasted a lot of Josh Allen's prime. Still will only be 30 before the new season.

The Bills are better as a pass first team and then Allen scrambles to extend plays and gets tons of yardage. They need WR's and a defense.

amazing how the NFL works. i feel they are the worst with this.

Had some pretty bad luck with defensive injuries this season but definitely need another couple of weapons at WR.

Any word on who the leading candidates are to replace McDermott?

A lot of the rest of the list just got fired, including the Giants Daboll and Miami’s former coach McDaniel.

I don’t see how those guys are an upgrade.
