Does anyone know when you cash chips at casino cage what do they call the banded cash rolls for like 5000 or 10,000 they pay you? It's already counted out and verified. I can't remember it's been a while lol.

Could be also but I think it was referred to as a strap if I remember right. I was trying to explain this practice to someone and couldn't remember what they were called. Thanks KVB.

I have heard of this happening.

The leasing agent at my old apartment complex in Vegas also worked in the cage at a major strip casino. She told me that the players in the 8k/16k mixed game would take out huge markers. I know those players didn't exclusively play poker, and when the CEO of MGM/Mirage is one of the players it's a different situation, but it can happen.

Whether or not it can happen for a low or mid stakes player is a different story.
