Marathonbet - account verification

My problems starts one month ago, when marathon asked me for account verification. I send them:
- ID card scanned (both side)
- visa electron card scanned (both side)
- passport
- bank statement, confirming that I am the owner of old and new visa card
- telephone bill (confirming my address)

After all my account is still blocked and I can not withdraw my money.

Anybody can help?

Today they have contacted me again and I hope they will unblock my account.

I will inform everybody if something like that happened

Marathon bet deleted my old card and allowed me to registered new one. I will inform you again if they let me to withdraw my money
