You just never know when times up. Driver pulled over for a few and got charged for stopping. I think this isn't fair at all. Heck,life ain't fair. VA i95 S pass exit 110.
Virginia State Police report that the tractor-trailer, which was carrying biohazard medical waste, had been stopped on the right shoulder for approximately 10 minutes when a black Subaru Outback struck the rear of the trailer at around 70 miles per hour.
