Calories in calories out it doesn’t matter what you put in your body if you’re at a calorie deficit for your current weight you will lose weight. No I wouldn‘t recommend this because you will always feel hungry & will feel terrible for the 1st couple weeks & will lose sleep over it.

I never feel hungry with my low-carb diet. Carbs are usually light so filling up takes more calories if you ingest carbs. Eating low-carb food like protein is dense food and takes longer to digest so one doesn't get hungry until it's time for the next meal.

No, but I have blackberries or raspberries with cream for dessert. I didn't realize they are relatively low in carbs, especially since they are higher in fiber than most fruits so my blood sugar doesn't spike.

I also have 90% cocoa chocolate sometimes.

At night I drink low-cal beer and often have nuts as a snack.

As I mentioned above, I can't remember the last time I was hungry other than just before it was time for a meal.
