Pinnacle refused to let me deposit a large amount solely because I live in the only province that’s licensed in Canada. The main reason I wanted to bet with Pinnacle was their low juice. Grudgingly I deposited at Bookmaker instead but I just realized that it may not be as bad as I originally thought. I’m going to show my math to see if it’s right or not.
Pinnacle’s rough juice:
Sides: Big leagues are -105 to -106
Sides: Small leagues are -107 to -110
Totals: Big leagues are -106 to -108
Totals: Small leagues are -107 to -110
They offer no bonuses
They offer no cash back
I assume they cover Bitcoin fees when you deposit
Bookmaker’s rough juice:
Bookmaker is -108 on almost everything
They offera 20% bonus with a 8x roll over
They cover all Bitcoin fees when you deposit.
They offer a 0.008% cash back on all bets made
For this I am going to assume that all Pinnacle juice is -105 when it’s clearly more.
I deposit $100,000
Plus the 20% bonus is $120,000
The 8x rollover is now $960,000
Which means I have to bet 192 of $5,000 each
Bookmaker juice is -108 and Pinnacle is -105 which means I’m paying an extra $150 each bet by betting with Bookmaker.
192 BM bets @ a loss of $150 each one is $28,800 total loss. BM gives you 0.008% cash back which is a total loss of $7,680. The savings are only about $1,000 if ALL pinny games are -105 but the majority are not.
Thoughts anyone? LOL
