We’ve all seen something close to that walking on the casino floor. I know I’ve seen ag least 15 in a row red or black. Probably more. Rare but It happens. Probably not as rare as you’d think
Once saw 4 greens in a row.... Granted there were 0 and 00 on the wheel.
That kind of freaked me out. Was always wanting to calc those odds......

4 green in a row (either 0 or 00): 1 in 130,000
19 black in a row: 1 in 375,000

Always better to ride these mini streaks in table games from my experience and not play "the due" color.

First time for everything…..

I was bouncing around the different blackjack tables at a book yesterday, and turns out of them was not crediting the hands won

I noticed the balance going down quicker than it should and thought initially it was just taking time to catch up like I’ve seen in the past

But no, it simply was keeping what was won AND the wager that was put forth

My first session on this particular table was in the morning. I played four hands and won them all.

It’s not much but they owe me $36 from the wager and the wager that was kept on handed

So later in the day, I began to second-guess myself if I wrong so I decided to try that game again out of the other blackjack

Sure, enough, the same thing happened

In total, they owe me about $180

I’m not blaming the book itself because it’s third-party software, but if there are any problems in recovering those stolen funds, I will be posting about it here

All of the game history is there, and it should align with my balance at the time

I also have a few screenshots so we will see what happens…

Pretty sure this happened to me before also. Cant even remember which book now but I reported it and they never got back to me like they said. One reason I don't really use the live tables anymore online.
This was the software games not live

They asked me not to play anymore in the casino after I reported this, but I feel like I should have or should go in there and screen record it so there’s more evidence

Intentional or software glitch that’s still pretty damn crooked

But again, it’s a third party company, so I’m not blaming the book itself, I just hope that they will push the other party to get it right

Not much money at stake here, but it’s the principal behind it

Oh ok . Yes I never play BJ on the software games. Only thing I play if I have urge to spend a few bucks online is video poker. I can usually tell if its fair or not . I hit 4 Royals in the past week so pretty sure particular one I use is fine.

So they told you to stop playing, wow.
Hopefully, they follow up with more answers.

Received this msg from customer service Wednesday:

We received this from the casino provider earlier today, but they have not "corrected the balances yet"

“Our Engineering department has identified that the situation resulted from a change made by a Heritage technician. The corresponding technical team is already aware of what occurred with the Casino issue and will be responsible for correcting the balances of the affected players.”

So now a couple if questions…..

1. Wouldn’t you guys agree that heritage is ultimately responsible for their customers’ balance since they host the casino games?

2. If the casino is operated by the third-party, then why is a heritage employee tinkering & tampering with the software settings?
I do know there’s difficulty settings they will change at their discretion, but this person must have gone much deeper in the settings to cause it to not only keep the players fans on losing hands, but also on winning hands.
Could it be this employee was trying to be sneaky in raking in some extra unnoticed cash flow with this single game only hoping players would not notice their funds slowly dissipating??

Wow....

That's not good. If an employee can do this without any checks and balances, it makes you question their entire casino operations.
