if this goes to court, there is a reliable witness that will testify that his wife was not playing poker that night. Indisputable hotel video surveillance will prove it.

If not in madman and namecalling mode, all a moderator would have to do

is to ask him some questions which required some REAL THOUGHT and/or some

documentation, etc. and he would be lost, and the judge(s) would pick that up,

and that beyond name-calling, insults and flamboyance, he didn't have much to offer!!

One of the things that is a big part of my overall modus operandi and observations

when I encounter someone who I deem a very weak debater is that in many

instances besides the name-calling and insults they resort to, I notice they are

also guilty of begging the question, poisoning the well, and that what they say

and offer are full of inconsistencies, contradictions, incongrities, paradoxes, and in general and to

be blunt, add up to an incoherent and confusing mess that up to a big fat zero.

When I document and bring up instances of this, these folks RARELY and mean rarely ever

respond to the points I made directly because they are unable to.

Instead, in most cases, they simply run away and hide and/or try to conveniently try to change the

topic and divert attention to something else!!

Imo the most important thing is that when there is any kind of debate where the actual merits

of what one says are the determinants rather than the theatrics, flamboyance, and overall attempts

to slam down the gavel in an attempt to declare oneself the winner, that whoever is judging

the debate or just ( or for that matter just as importantly participating in it,) look for the things I cited

above as well as anything else they consider important and objective

they deem as important and relevant in arriving at a judgment as to who is the winner!!

Yes, but lets be honest here. We don't waste time checking long time posters we know or think we know. Austin account was here scamming for almost a year with 3 accounts. Excuse was he got his buddies to play from work. Great, we are all for having your friends sign-up but your telling me all 3 of you only log in "from work" from Korea and only on the same IP every time. Could and stayed and played under 1 account and paid back what was stolen but chose to take the dickhead scammer approach.
