I’d say it’s getting real crazy out there but kinda feels like the norm these days …
I was driving in Orange county this afternoon. A man in a new Beamer was attempting to make a left hand turn at a residential intersection. His turn was delay while a homeless woman was crossing the street with her "home" aka shopping cart. The man wanted the woman to hurry up and honked his horn in attempt to get her to move faster. Bad move!

The woman took an object from shopping cart and delivered a perfect strike damaging the front hood and then the object cracked the wildshield. She kept walking while cursing at a rapid rate. The man stopped his car and was yelling at her to stop as she was walking away.

A car like that the damage bill while be 3-5K. I doubt if that homeless woman has car insurance.

Yes its crazy out there.

I looked at a map to recall exactly where this happened. I was on Mc'Fadden traveling east towards Eclid. I'd just past LaQuinta High School. That's not a real bad area however there are homeless individuals there. This woman was young to be homeless, perhaps in her 40's. I've never witnessed anything that bizarre before.
