if you click on your icon on the top right, at the bottom it says log out.

I have sign in viewable and I click that and nothing happens but I’m logged in.

I click where you showed me above and there isn’t a log out button there.

It’s like I’m in limbo and will eternally be signed in on mobile.

If you clear your cookies and cache it should log you out as well. It should be located in the settings area depending on the browsers your using

I wouldn't mind seeing an old school click the link menu for the different sport odds down the right side of the forum main page (desktop version)
