Grilled fish taco with avocado & the spicy slaw? Gotta go soft.
Shredded beef or carnitas? Definitely hard.
Shredded chicken? Hard. But cubed grilled chicken? Soft.

Have you tried the Tacos pig face/snout, Malted? I know kinda exotic, but that's one of my fav haha
Some say Brock Landers puts ketchup on his tacos.Do you guys/gals use any kind of sauce on your tacos or eat them plain ?
Sounds all delicious. And yes, once it gets mixed up with other stuff, you won't even gonna think which part it came from.
Never gone that exotic, but I’ve had the ‘Lengua’ tacos before (beef tongue). By the time they chop it up & mix in all the spices & stuff, it could be anything - but still good. I’ve had authentic Menudo too, with the intestines - good stuff…..
