That's whole lotta cash for a QB who hasn't exactly shown he can win consistently so far. I get the QB market is fairly weak and long-term guys who can play aren't in abundance at the moment but this locks them in for so long (and makes him harder to deal) if that situation arises down the road a bit.
Def a gamble but as we have seen over the last 10 yrs or so teams are def willing to do it when it comes to the QB position.
we live in a crazy world today the way sports players get paid, it not what you won, but what you can win for us........maybe lol too bad all jobs in the would are not like this...i think we have create something that now is out of control
