Gripes? No idea, it's only been a week for me just weird and I supposed I'm just paranoid since they're withdrawal times don't take a week. Will keep everyone posted though!

It can be both. When a book is slow-paying, doesn't communicate (other than the customer reaching-out to Chat/Support), and cancels Withdrawals without notice or reason..........those are valid "gripes", no?

Simply put! You do a cash out Monday morning and it just sits there all week. You send kyc s*** they need they never ask for it. Why?? You going to live chat Monday afternoon where's my payout. Blau blau blau. Not one email from these guys?! Simply put they must be broke.
