On its face, this seems insane. The rule itself seems insane.

If it were just 1 account, they would put it on delay and pay him. If it's 1 of 50 linked accounts that keep getting created to circumvent delays, I'd expect them to act more harshly.

They're not accusing him of multi-accounting though. They just think he is beating their live odds with a quicker feed than theirs. right?

BMR needs to blacklist justbet until this is resolved. as it stands now, BMR is actively sending people to their site via affiliate links on their review page. Until BMR does the right thing, they are starting to share the blame with justbet in my mind. BMR you are either for the players or against us. Which one is it?

I am pretty perplexed about this and would love to know more information. I am not in America and I don't have the security of playing at an American book where you won't get screwed out of your money ( if this is the case ) . I rely on sites like this to help me if there is an issue. I hope we get some updates.

I have not had any problems getting paid by Justbet. That being said, would be nice to hear some clarification about this.

"As part of our fair play rules, should any player be suspected of utilizing a faster game feed, with the aim of gaining an unfair advantage when placing a wager, their activity is subject to an extensive review.

Any wagers determined to have been placed in violation of this fair play rule are subject to being void with the original stake amount returned. In such cases the user's account may be suspended for the duration of the investigation, and could result in a permanent account suspension as well."

So even if they indeed found evidence for T&C violation, confiscating all money shouldn't be an option, according to that.
