My account was block on Dec 16, they asked me for a photo of my ID and a Selfie holding my ID to "kyc@bookmaker.eu"
I've sent my selfies countless times. and kyc@bookmaker.eu dont reply me anthing for 2 months now.
When I ask for online customer service and support@bookmaker.eu, they keep asking me to take a selfie and send it to kyc@bookmaker.eu
kyc didn't give me any update after replying me on February 1 said" We are nearing an end of our investigation and should have a resolution for you in the next 7 to 14 day"
