Justbet.co no paying me and block my account no reason

My name is YungShan Liang.
My account was block on Dec 16, they asked me for a photo of my ID and a Selfie holding my ID to "kyc@bookmaker.eu"
I've sent my selfies countless times. and kyc@bookmaker.eu dont reply me anthing for 2 months now.
When I ask for online customer service and support@bookmaker.eu, they keep asking me to take a selfie and send it to kyc@bookmaker.eu

kyc didn't give me any update after replying me on February 1 said" We are nearing an end of our investigation and should have a resolution for you in the next 7 to 14 day"

They seem to be doing this to some accounts. I'm sure they suspect you of multi-accounting or some other scam. Not saying you did anything wrong.
All the players that have come on here with similar stories eventually got paid (as far as I know) so I think you have a good chance of getting your money.

It's definitely not ok that they are doing this to people. A KYC review shouldn't take more than 24 hours. Certainly not 3 months. $50,000 is quite a lot. I hope BMR can help you get your money.
