Sure! I signed up 4/14/24, however, did not take any sign up bonuses. I’m not a big time gambler by any means. Probably have deposited a total of $1000 since then and have been lucky enough to cash out about $2500. Typically bet $20-$50 at a clip, a little more if I am chasing haha. I have not had any issues since mine was resolved. Have been able to withdraw quickly.

Yep I signed up March 9th. Took a welcome bonus and 3 march madness bonuses. All was good with my account until april 22.

Sorry for late response, took a few days off the internet when BM payout department is closed, just to try calm down a bit.

So I joined Justbet 24th November (checked my welcome email). Really when I started betting properly. I got an email for a freeplay bonus from the VIP department that I couldn't turn down. I got a few of them early on, I then just started using the 10% cash offers for the last 5 months (MLB/NBA/NHL). I hardly ever did a payout as I knew they had a great reputation so didn't mind having a large balance (even though basically all my money - stupid now). I would just deposit again for the 10% cash when needed. I got to platinum level day before I did a payout/account disabled :/

I did receive a pm from Roland talking about location and where you are logging in from can cause problems. I always use my mobile data even when on laptop (WIFI is terrible). On doing further research today realised this changes your location alot meaning red flags can be raised. It didn't raise red flags though when depositing over $30,000 and betting with them most days!!!

One thing that doesn't make sense to me is that you guys are all pros with fairly large balances, yet it seems you have all just recently discovered and signed up with Bookmaker.

BM has been around for decades, and is a staple for any pro.

I have been a member for 7 months now. But yes I agree I am fairly new to this world

justbet and bookmaker apparently falling apart now they say will only process bank wires for payouts for some players but americans are not able to receive bank wires cuz of the 2006 UIGA right so essentially they are no pay. its a shame what's happening to them.

I've heard of bookmaker restricting a player to only bank wires once before. I think they do it when they suspect a player of violating their T&C but can't prove it.

Hi Guys,

Sorry for the lack of contact. Regarding bookmaker, I have been paid fully. FINALLY!!
Be that as it may, it was a horrible stressful couple months. The lack of contact and unprofessional replies was extremely frustrating.

From what I could gather from the KYC department, It was my location causing a red flag. I use my 4g mobile data all the time which changes up your location and was travelling a fair bit.

Looking on the forums now seems like a LOT of people are going through the same situation. Sucks to see. My account wasn't even positive and I got this treatment.

Glad to hear you got paid, but ridiculous it took a simple issue to get sorted out over the course of 2 months.
