Great advice and so sorry Minny. Mental illness is way more than the 1/4 of the population they state it is. Most of us degenerates fit in that equation in one way or another as well.

A friend of mine hanged himself this weekend. Left behind a wife and 3 kids…

This world fukking sucks !!!

...try to take things easy as best you can...there not much you can do but go on living as hard as it is...when things get bad and others are making choices you don't agree with just remember to live by example that's all you can really do...keep going and live by example so other can see what they should be doing as well...honour the memory of those you care for by living the best way you can...
