My only play tonight was a winner in what turned out to be a high scoring game. Tomorrow brings us a 5 game slate as we enter the final two days of the regular season with games Friday and then finishing up on Sunday with another big slate. Hopefully I can find another winner or two.

Two plays for me on tonight's 5 game slate. First up I went with a total bet in the Sun vs Fever game. I see the Fever hanging around here against the Sun and if they are able to do so I think this will be a higher scoring game because when the Fever are competitive they're usually efficient offensively. The Sun are known for their defense but they are also very good offensively so I see this one going o160.
My next play is on the Chicago Sky -3.5 hosting the Minnesota Lynx. I see this being a very close game but I have to side with the Sky who should come out with a greater sense of urgency to win because they need to hang onto that 8th seed. The Lynx are tough but they play better at home so I'm going with the Sky to cover the small number at home.

Went 1-1 today as Connecticut and Indiana played well under the total but the Chicago Sky locked up the 8th seed with a nice win and cover at home over the Lynx. Sunday marks the end of the regular season but I don't know if I'll have any plays since its the start of NFL and the playoffs are set in the WNBA making it tough to cap the last day of the season. If I have anything I'll post them here but there's also a chance I wait until Wednesday when the playoffs begin.

The playoffs start today so I'm back with a play on each of the two games we have on tap tonight. First up I expect the Sun to take care of business against the Lynx. The Lynx have been scrappy but the Sun tend to cover against losing teams so I'm laying the 8.5.
In the nightcap I took the Sky +17 against the Aces. The Aces have been struggling without Candace Parker and I think the Sky can find enough success on offense to stay with the Aces. I don't think they beat them as the Aces are still strong at home even without Parker but this one should stay competitive enough for the Sky to cover.

I thought about doing that but I think the Lynx might start strong and then fade in the second half when the Sun ramp up their defensive intensity and shut them down.
They're 10/1 to win tonight. I think they keep it close but I'd be stunned if the Sky win tonight. BM is not the only book not offering a Sky ML some of the other ones aren't either.Sky ML is not even being offered by BM
another strategy on this might be, throw a nugget on sky ML .

Another 1-1 day as the Sun easily take care of business for the cover and so do the defending champ Aces who look like they're on a mission to win another title this year. These series look like they could end quickly because its hard to come back from a 30 point beatdown but both teams that lost tonight don't play again until Sunday so we'll see what adjustments are made before game 2.
No games tomorrow but there is a double header Friday with the Mystics taking on the Liberty followed by the Dream against the Wings. I'll be back Friday to share my plays on these games if I have any.

Ok we're back with 2 more opening first round games tonight and I have a play on both of them. First up the Mystics are playing the Liberty and I think this line is a little wide even though the Liberty have been the best team in the league down the stretch. The Mystics have given them problems this year so I think they match up well with the Liberty and I'm gladly taking the 10 points here because I see a close game in this one.
In the nightcap we have the Dream visiting the Wings and I think the Wings are the right side in this one. They dominated the Dream in their matchups this year and I think they can do it here again at home because they pose Dream matchup problems which is why they owned the season series. I went ahead and laid the 6 points here with Dallas here.

I think the Liberty will win but I also think Washington can give them a game with most of their key players playing. I don't think the 1H is a bad look with the Liberty but I took the Mystics full game ATS thinking they can at least make this competitive like they did in the regular season where they split with the Liberty.
Liberty have way too many weapons for the Mystics. The Mystics are good but they're not in New York's class despite being an underseeded 7th seed. I'm not sure what to make of their chances in the next game because it takes place at the Barclays Center and the Liberty just fed off their crowd tonight especially during winning time and covered the spread. I actually thought the Mystics had a chance to at least force this one to go 3 games but now I'm not so sure because the Liberty are so deep compared to the Mystics and just about everyone else aside from the Aces.
