JR's WNBA plays

Thought I'd share my plays in the WNBA since I was asked to and I'm having a decent season. Hopefully this goes well and we make some money betting on a niche sport. There is a 4 game card tomorrow so it's the perfect time to start a thread.

First up I like Atlanta tomorrow to get revenge on Connecticut for beating them in their Thursday matchup 82-71. The game is now in Atlanta so I am taking Atlanta ATS and ML because I don't think they'll score just 12 points in the 4th Quarter again. I fully anticipate them shooting better at home and even winning this game against the Sun since they're playing better lately despite the loss on Thursday.

Las Vegas Aces 1H -8 -105 1.05u to win 1u.

The Aces are a wagon in the 1H and they have beaten as well as covered against the Lynx all 3 times they've faced them this season. I expect them to have no problems with this team as they face them for the 4th time today. I lean to them covering the FG -14 but I took 1H -8 because the Aces have been getting out to big leads in the 1st Half.

Not a great start but it's a 40 minute game and these WNBA games have a way of tightening up after halftime. The Dream can't hit anything right now so that's got to change. At least they're getting to the foul line because they'd be hopelessly behind if not. They have the offense to cut into this lead they just need to start making some shots.

Dream cut it to 7 at half on the strength of a 13-0 run. They have all the momentum right now so hopefully they continue to shoot it better and get defensive stops.

Just a ton of FTs but need to make shots from teh field or while being fouled.
So many missed layups.
Love the 3s though.

Well that was not a good ending to the third quarter. Connecticut doing what a good team does taking back control of the game with a 11-0 run headed into the 4th. This one isn't out of reach for Atlanta but they got to come up with some stops and then convert on offense.

Yeah its been very frustrating to watch. Atlanta is a good team but Connecticut is a top 3 team in this league for a reason. They are very good defensively and that's something that Atlanta needs to work on. We'll see if Atlanta has one last gasp push in them but they're running out of time.

Ok we're on the board as Las Vegas takes care of business in the 1H. There are two more games tonight but I have no plays on them and I don't plan on making any. I lean Dallas against LA and Seattle at home against the Sky but don't feel strongly enough to make an official play.

I can get behind that because LA is not playing well recently and Dallas will want to win this game because LA has beaten them 3 times this year so I think they're extra motivated to come out strong. Not sure I'd lay 8 for the full game but definitely can see playing the shorter number in the 1Q and 1H.

this is considered the same bet really.

1 pt diff. isnt a difference at all. i would've personally played it ML only at that point.

its really a 0-1 start and looking like ur 2nd bet is cashed

Indiana Fever +12 1.10u to win 1u

I think the total is set is a few points too low for Washington and Phoenix in their game Sunday. Washington has been playing to the over at home and without some key players in the frontcourt I think they're not as good on defense which casues higher scoring games.

The second game of the day features a line that is too wide imo for a Liberty team that's failed to cover 5 straight games. I think they'll win here but fail to cover the 12 points against a Fever team that is improved this season despite being 6-15.
