I would absolutely love to see Gruden burn the NFL to the ground.
NFL can appeal to the Supreme Court but good luck trying to convince a conservative majority that the head of the league should be in charge of an arbitration process in which he is named as a defendant.
Gruden is going to win.

Because the NFL Parties cannot compel Gruden to arbitrate, we ORDER the judgment of the district court AFFIRMED.”
