NFL will do their due diligence but no reason to assume Bengals hid anything at this point

If he had some sort of soreness, no obligation for them to report it

I feel for ya bud it sucks when your teams best player gets seriously injured. The Bengals would be among Super Bowl favorites if Burrow hadn't battled injury all year but now it looks like their season is all but over.
